10 Tips to Design an Exclusive Presentation Folder

The demand for a properly designed presentation folder is growing day by day. In this era office folders are designed in an elegant manner. Though these folders come in various shapes and sizes, A4 presentation folders are commonly used in office purposes. It is widely believed that the quality of these folders contributes greatly in increasing the image of the company.

To design presentation folders in Brisbane you must follow these following tips:

1.    You have to pay proper attention on the target group. It is essential to meet their choice and preferences. According to the research if your target market belongs to the upper management group, then the design should be classy and elegant to grab their attention. Again, if it is designed for the lower management group then the design should be different.

2.    After completing the research about the target market, you must select the color and theme for the presentation folder. Applying the right color can bring out a totally different meaning.

3.    The next step after selecting color is to decide the layout design. Most of the corporate layout design contains a logo in the front side presented with a message and the address information is provided in the backside.

4.    The next step is to select the software which you want to use to create the artwork. Adobe Illustrator is mostly preferred as it has a variety of features and provides standard quality print.

5.    At the beginning build the template before you start designing the folder.

6.    Make sure to use layers while designing the 2 pocket folders. Try to use layers while putting every single element on the folder template.

7.    The first layer should include the company’s logo. Include the texts in a single layer so that changes can be done without any problem.

8.    Make sure that the presentation folder is full of images and has a brighter look.

9.    Do not forget to put the slits or business card slots in different layers.

10.    Try to use solid red lines to indicate cutting marks and use dotted lines to indicate folding marks. This will make the task much easier for the printer.
